Agni AI Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a service of Agni Consulting, operates the website agniai.store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our site, book a Growth Audit, or contact us about our services. We serve owner-operated service businesses in Canada and the United States, and we take the privacy rules of both seriously.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact information you voluntarily provide when submitting the contact form or booking an audit call (such as your name, email address, business name, and industry).
  • Business information you share with us about your practice or company in the course of an inquiry or audit.
  • Usage data collected by our hosting infrastructure, such as pages visited and general geographic region (country/region level only).
  • Cookies and similar technologies, if and where used, to improve site functionality and understand how visitors interact with our content.

Through this website we do not collect payment data, government identification numbers, or health information.

2. Client engagements and patient data

Some of our engagements involve systems (phones, SMS, CRM) that may process your customers’ or patients’ personal information. That data is governed by the written engagement agreement between us and the client — not by this website policy — including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement for engagements involving Protected Health Information. See our Trust & compliance page for how we handle regulated data.

3. How we use your information

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule audit or discovery calls
  • Prepare and deliver the Growth Audit report you requested
  • Send follow-up communications you have requested
  • Understand how our site is being used so we can improve it
  • Maintain records of client and prospect interactions

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Email, SMS & calling compliance (CASL / TCPA)

We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and, for United States recipients, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We only send commercial electronic messages where we have express or implied consent, every commercial email includes an unsubscribe mechanism, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA)

For visitors and clients in Canada, we follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): we collect personal information with consent and for identified purposes, we are transparent about cross-border data flows (some of our sub-processors are US-based), we notify affected individuals of breaches as required, and you have a right of access to the personal information we hold about you.

6. US state privacy laws

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas), you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Cookies

You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; disabling them may affect parts of the site. If we adopt third-party analytics tools, they will collect data in aggregate and anonymized form, and this policy will be updated to name them.

8. Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

9. Third-party services

Our site links to external services — including Calendly for scheduling and email for correspondence — each of which has its own privacy policy governing the data it collects. Our engagement infrastructure vendors (for example Twilio, HighLevel, and AWS) are listed on our Trust & compliance page.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your data rights, email [email protected] or use the Contact page.
